CREDIT: Investment Grade Credit Tenants Only
SIZE: $10 million to $200 million
LOCATION: Nationwide
LEASE TYPE: Absolute NNN
ESCALATIONS: Annual
LEASE TERM: 15 years minimum, no outs clauses
CAP RATE: 6%+
LOI: Within 48 hours of receipt of financial information
DUE DILIGENCE: 30 days from receipt of due diligence material
CLOSING: 30 days from removal of due diligence contingency
COMMISSIONS: We participate equally in the fees paid by the seller, if there are no seller fees we will arrange for our fee to be paid by our client

LEASE TYPE: Absolute NNN
ESCALATIONS: Annual
LEASE TERM: 15 years minimum, no outs clauses
CREDIT: Mid-Market Companies with Positive Net Worth after Goodwill and Intangibles and 3 years of Positive Net Cash Flows
CAP RATE: 7%+
LOI: Within 48 hours of receipt of financial information
