•Mission is to deliver above average returns for investors by acquiring underperforming or distressed hotel properties and re-positioning them as either independent properties or re-flagging them as branded hotels.

•To accomplish this mission, our clients will team up with prominent hotel operators, architects, designers and restaurateurs to create one-of-a kind, unique properties.

•By acquiring hotel assets on the current down slope of the real estate cycle, investors will benefit from the value created as the market returns to a more normal growth cycle as well as from operational improvements as a result of re-positioning the hotels.

•Targeted properties for acquisition or development include urban and resort markets. Focus is on markets with a demonstrated ability to attract business and leisure travelers.
